Suhr Andy Wood Signature Modern T HH Guitar, Stark Red
The Suhr Andy Wood Signature Guitar is one of our favorite spec'd guitars from Suhr. It comes with a Roasted Maple neck and fretboard, contoured heel, Modern Elliptical neck profile with a 16" radius, and 24 stainless steel jumbo frets. Also, this version comes loaded with the Suhr Woodbucker pickups, which are an Andy Wood signature set. This guitar screams, "I can do chicken-pickin' country, or I can shred!"
The finish on the body is quite interesting. It has a finish Suhr calls "Torched Satin" which is a process that raises the grain by literally torching the swamp ash body with a hand held torch. The grain is then sprayed over with a satin finish. This process allows the grain to really pop and be seen through the protective coating.
